L&S was appointed to deliver fleet coordination and a substantial driver team for the UEFA U17 Championship, based at St Georges Park. The operation required round-the-clock scheduling flexibility, as itinerary changes were frequent and often last-minute – a challenge our coordinators managed in real time throughout.
Beyond transport, our remit extended to workforce accommodation and welfare facility planning and delivery, ensuring our teams remained supported and operationally effective for the full duration of the tournament. It was a strong example of L&S going beyond the brief. Not just moving people, but making sure the entire operation was properly resourced and looked after from the ground up.
