L&S and Lore were engaged by Thrifty Car Hire to develop a conflict resolution training programme tailored to their branch management teams across the UK. Rather than applying an off-the-shelf solution, we began with a thorough evaluation of the skills already present within the business, followed by a detailed training needs analysis to ensure the programme was built on solid foundations.
