When England hosted the Rugby World Cup in 2015, Logistics & Security delivered a full fleet management and driver contract spanning 13 cities across the UK. Over six months, our team coordinated VIP drivers exclusively allocated to World Rugby and England Rugby Directors, alongside dedicated Transport Managers and Coordinators embedded with teams at every host city.
The scale demanded constant coordination across multiple venues, shifting schedules, and high-profile stakeholders, with zero margin for error. Our Project Management team provided hands-on daily support to clients and stakeholders throughout, ensuring every movement was precise, professional, and on time. A true end-to-end transport operation delivered at the highest level of sport.
