Aldi UK – National Conflict Resolution Training

L&S, in partnership with Lore, was engaged by Aldi UK to design and deliver a bespoke training package covering conflict resolution, loss prevention, and accountability rolled out to store management teams across 8 regions nationwide.

The course was built from the ground up to reflect the realities of the retail environment, and the response reflected that. Feedback showed a high level of candidate satisfaction and a genuine sense of empowerment among participants. The success of the programme also led to L&S referring a trusted partner to continue delivery across a number of regions in the North, ensuring consistency of quality and approach long after the initial rollout concluded.
